Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.

The request must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number, email confirmation, or receipt).

Refunds will only be issued if the International Driver’s License has not been used for official purposes, and there is no evidence of fraud or misuse.

If the customer has received the document, they must return it to our office before we can process a refund. Refunds will only be issued after we receive the document back in our office. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the document, and we will not cover any return shipping expenses. We highly recommend using a shipping service that includes a tracking number. This will allow customers to monitor the document’s arrival at our office and prevent lost shipments.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The shipping fee covers courier services for delivering the package; therefore, only the amount paid for the document itself will be refunded.
- If a payment or selection was made by mistake, partial refunds can only be processed before the order is completed. Once the order has been processed, no partial refunds will be granted.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not process refunds for customers who initiate claims or chargebacks against transactions made to our company. Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

If the refund request is made after 60 days from the date of purchase.

If the license was lost, stolen, or damaged during or after delivery.

If incorrect information was provided during the application and/or payment process.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged during delivery, as we use third-party courier companies such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipping.
Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must:

Provide a detailed reason for the refund request and attach any relevant supporting documents.

Allow 5 business days for our team to review and process the request.

If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-15 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. We will not process refunds through Zelle, PayPal, or any other form of money transfer.
Replacement Policy
We only replace items if they are defective. A replacement will only be issued in cases of major printing errors, and we reserve the right to determine whether the defect qualifies for a replacement. Customers requesting a replacement must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically.
